Support a family in crisis for just £5 per month
Becoming a “Friend of Children’s Storehouse” helps us continue giving baby & toddler essentials - prams, clothes, toys, bedding and other essentials —to children in families facing crisis across Plymouth.
WHAT WE DO
Children’s Storehouse collects high-quality baby & children’s items — prams, cots, safety gates, toys, clothing, bedding — and gives them free to families in crisis who are referred by health & welfare professionals. In 2024 we supported 626 children from 326 families, distributing a total of over 1,300 items of vital equipment, and bags of clothing and toys.
We also run two “Stay and Play” sessions every week for referred families, where children and their carers can play and interact in a safe and friendly environment - free of charge.
Children’s Storehouse relies on charitable grants and donations from people like you.
Your monthly gift enables us to plan for the long term and keep the project running, providing vital support.
Just £5 per month could make a real difference in the life of local families in crisis. In 2024 we served over 600 children - with your help, we can continue our work and help more.
